1. Live Animal Return Policy
Because our French Bulldogs are living, breathing family members, our return policy is designed to prioritize their health and safety.

· Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery to return your puppy for a refund or replacement, provided the puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and the findings are documented.
· Health Guarantee Returns: If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be ill or unsound within 72 hours of possession (a standard practice for breeders), you may return the puppy for a full refund or replacement. You must provide a written vet report .
· Buyer’s Remorse: If you decide to return the puppy within the 14-day window for reasons unrelated to health, a restocking fee of [X]% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of care, re-vetting, and relisting.

1. Health Guarantee (Non-Return Coverage)
For genetic or congenital issues discovered later, we offer a health guarantee rather than a physical return:

· Genetic Guarantee: Your puppy is guaranteed against major genetic defects affecting the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
· Remedy: If a genetic defect is confirmed by a veterinarian, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or a refund (at the breeder’s discretion). Veterinary bills are the sole responsibility of the buyer .

1. Non-Returnable Conditions (Exclusions)
To protect the litter and our kennel, we cannot accept returns for:

· Minor, treatable conditions such as Kennel Cough, Giardia, Coccidia, or parasites (these are common and do not warrant a return).
· Any condition caused by buyer negligence, including heatstroke, injury, or improper feeding .

1. Return Method & Shipping Costs

· Method: All returns must be coordinated directly with Purebred French Bulldogs. Do not ship a puppy back without prior written approval.
· Cost: The buyer is responsible for all travel costs and shipping fees associated with returning the puppy to us.

1. Refund Processing Timeline
Once the puppy is returned and has passed a health examination by our veterinarian, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

1. No-Questions Surrender Policy
If at any point in the dog’s life you can no longer care for it, do not surrender it to a shelter. Return the dog to Purebred French Bulldogs. We will accept the dog back and re-home it. Please note that this lifetime return option is a courtesy surrender and does not include a monetary refund.
